I'd have to say that it would be The Sorceress's final monster on Year Of The Dragon, beacause of those stupid little flame creatures, and the mini frogs things.

I think Terrador from The legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night for the DS is hard. I had to use a walkthrough to figure out how to even HURT him. -_-
